Terms of Service
By accepting this order purchaser agrees to all terms stated herein. All invoices shall be paid in full within terms indicated on the invoice. Wolf Medical Supply reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be applied to all past due invoices. If not paid in full when due, purchaser agrees to pay for all additional collection expenses including attorney’s fees. Any unused credit(s) on account will expire after 1 year from issue date.
Shortages and Damages
Any claims of shortages or damages must be reported to Wolf Medical Supply within 24 hours of receipt. The carrier that delivers the product to the customer is responsible for any and all shortages or damages while in transit. Merchandise arriving either damaged or broken should be reported to delivering transportation carrier and to Wolf Medical Supply.
Hazmat Orders
Orders containing DOT-regulated hazardous materials will include a $30.00 hazmat charge.
Pump Rentals
If a rented pump is lost or unavailable for return for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the full purchase price of that particular pump. The associated lost/replacement charge is based on the make, model and serial number from the originally rented pump.
Returns
No returns or refused shipments will be accepted without prior authorization from Wolf Medical Supply. All return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment and will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. All approved returns must be received by Wolf Medical within 10 days of RGA issuance to be eligible for credit and must have RGA paperwork attached. Returned product(s) will only be accepted in original, sealed, undamaged cases suitable for immediate resale. Wolf Medical will not issue credit for products returned in a condition that prevents resale. Examples include, but are not limited to the following:
- Product not in original shipment container
- Product with customer labels and/or tape on container
- Product with pen/marker marks on original packaging container
- Special order items
- Damaged/Expired product
- Product container contaminated with foreign matter (oil, grease, etc.)
- Temperature sensitive/controlled product
- Units of measure less than the original unit of issue
When returning small items, Wolf Medical highly recommends utilizing over-pack boxes to reduce the probability of product damage. Also, the application of carrier labels to the original carton may invalidate your credit. Purchaser agrees to pay all freight charges for returned product unless otherwise noted. Returns are to be shipped to the address indicated on the authorized RGA form. Failure to adhere to the above guidelines in regards to returned product, credit will not be issued and the product will be destroyed.
